With a robust 20-year marketing portfolio behind me, my career has mostly focused on the digital ecosystem, digital commerce and omnichannel in the sports, home improvement and lifestyle sectors.

I studied European Politics at Nottingham University, completing my three years there with a 2:1 BA Hons, and following that went on to study a Professional Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. During this time I was also gaining experience in my first full time marketing role at John Wiley Publishers.

Following that I spent the next 15 years of my career driving growth for ££bn global businesses: Aviva Health Insurance, Post Office Financial Services, Kingfisher Plc (B&Q, Screwfix) and WiggleCRC. During which time my successes included i) a GTM strategy for new energy efficient product brand (iQE) at Kingfisher that resulted in £15m incremental sales and a 2% increase in Kingfisher’s share of the boiler market; ii) a GTM strategy for the Wiggle app resulting in 6% increase in revenue; and iii) a relaunch of the referral scheme at Wiggle driving £1.2m incremental revenue in year 1.

Naked Fish Marketing was founded in 2020 to support small business growth through flexible, low-risk resource solutions. Since launch I have achieved growth across a range of sectors including 17% revenue uplift for the Sony word games; 30% sales growth for Nine by Nine Golf; and brand relaunch for the UK’s largest virtual running club, Lonely Goat.

In my spare time I enjoy running, being outdoors and spending time with my husband and two children.
